This is a simple step-by-step tutorial showing you how to connect to TuPS. It's fast and easy!
1. Download Counter-Strike 2D if you don't have it already (or if you have, I would recommend to download another folder, so you can use one of them to play via USGN and the other via TuPS).
2. Open YOURCS2DFOLDER\sys\usgn.dat with notepad.
3. Change the first line to 78.29.146.53.
It should look something like this:
78.29.146.53
36963
XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX
(instead of the Xs there may be something else, usually it's a date)
